Lost and Found

If you have misplaced an item such as an ID, jacket, coat, purse, glasses, etc. we will do our best to help you find it.

Items left in the Konfusion coat check will remain in the coat check. Items found elsewhere in Konfusion will be brought to The Rob Roy.

Please call 709-739-6270 after 3pm from Tuesday-Saturday regarding ANY lost items.

Please note: We hold valuable items including wallets, purses, cell phones, credit cards, and identification for roughly 1 year.

Items of lesser value are held for a few weeks dependent on the item.

RETRIEVING ITEMS:

The OWNER must give a full detailed description of the lost item. If you are picking up an ID the OWNER must present at least one other photo ID.
